Houston Habitat for Humanity invites qualified Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contractors to submit proposals for its single-family home construction projects. Contractors will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of efficient MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, and plumbing, across various residential properties.
Interested firms must submit a qualifications package detailing their company history, experience with similar projects, key personnel, licenses, financial stability, and a transparent cost proposal. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, project approach, pricing, and past performance.
