Assistant Controller

The Assistant Controller will support the company’s financial initiatives as the senior position in the accounting department reporting to the CFO. They will work closely with team members to complete and assist in all month-end closing processes and procedures.

The person in this position must be able to adapt to changes, multitask, and provide customer service to internal and external partners. This person must have expertise in current accounting standards knowledge and must utilize technology to proficiently complete daily tasks. The Assistant Controller will have a wide variety of duties within the accounting department but will also work closely with other department leads to obtain accurate and complete information.

Construction House Leader

The Construction Lead will play a key role in building single-family homes from the ground up through the dry-in stage. This position requires at least three years of residential construction experience, with strong skills in framing, trim work, roof trusses, finish carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work. Warranty experience is a plus. In this role, the Construction Lead will oversee the construction of new and renovated homes while leading and training crews of volunteers and Habitat family partners. They will ensure a safe and productive work environment by providing hands-on construction and safety training. Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing the construction site each day, ensuring that all supplies and tools are properly loaded, delivered, and ready for use.
